Jessica Biel discloses Her Pre-Wedding Slimming Secrets, Actress is keeping herself in shape for Justin Timberlake! Lucky Justin Timberlake before now has one of the most beautiful women in the world as his bride-to-be but his fiancee Jessica Biel has exposed she's stepped up her fitness regime in time for their wedding.
The 30-year-old is busy planning her nuptials to Justin following their fresh engagement and now she's exposed just how she keeps that incredible bod. Speaking to InStyle the gorgeous actress confesses her regime is pretty hardcore:
"Some days I'll sprint on the treadmill; other days I'll hike with the dogs. I also fit in yoga classes and some swimming,"
"My trainer, Jason Walsh, works with athletes, so we do a lot of football drills, like pulling big sleds and waving heavy ropes. It's intense cardiovascular training but really fun."
Um that's not really our suggestion of fun Jess! It's not all down to exercise either as the actress reveales she swears by eating "clean".
"Loads of vegetables, lots of quinoa and grain protein and some occasional animal protein. I also drink green tea, and I slip in veggies like beets and zucchini into cakes and fudge."
With a body like that and Justin on her arm possibly we should take up Jessica's "clean" lifestyle!
